  This place saved my life. I recommend it to everyone in need of help. The staff was nice, the other patients were (mostly) nice. I felt very respected, and very protected. Thank you so much.

  I spent 143 days there when I was 15 years old. It was a very terrible experience. When you first go in you start at a level 2. The highest level is a 4 and the level system is used to show how much freedom you can receive. For example, not having to walk in a line with the others and going ahead of them. The staff always made the rules to their advantage. I am allergic to bananas. And in one case where I had a heart attack because of medicine that was given to "help me" with ADHD I didn't have (they thought shaking my leg when I sat down was ADHD), the staff accused me of faking and not being allergic to bananas. I'm not sure how they tried to pair those two together but it's very odd. I was 15 when I had a heart attack, I spent my 16th birthday there which is a very important milestone, and I was always isolated.
